Your subscriber data as well as your admin cell phone numbers will only be accessible to businesses that you/they have subscribed to and organizations you/they are a part of through the TextByChoice service. Outside of that, we do not sell/share your or your subscriber information to/with other companies or third parties.

You or your subscribers will only receive text messages from:

  • Businesses/organizations you/they have subscribed to (for example, restaurants or grocery stores).
  • Organizations that have included you or them in their uploaded lists(s) (for example, employers or schools).
  • Occasionally, you/they may also receive administrative announcements from us.

How do we ensure information security?

  • We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
  • We restrict access of subscriber information internally and to companies that the subscribers belong to.
  • We provide options for subscribers to opt-out easily.
