You can delete your TextByChoice Account at any time. If you change your mind, you might not be able to recover it after a certain amount of time.
If your TextByChoice subscription is removed, you will lose all the data in that account, like user accounts, keywords, message templates, lists, chat conversations, list of blocked subscribers, and scheduled messages. You will not be able to use any TextByChoice services like Web Portal, or the TextByChoice App.
Before you request the deletion of your account, we suggest you log into your TextByChoice account and review the data stored against your account.
The account deletion can be initiated by sending an email to support@textbychoice.com
