Voter Data Agreement

1. All orders are prepay.

2. Issues with data must be brought to TextByChoice’s attention within 15 days of delivery.

3. Processed orders (meaning data is already acquired) cannot be returned / refunded once the data is acquired. Any changes to data needs, for example filter updates, would create a new order, unless the new request is a subset of already acquired data by the client. 

4. In the event that payment is disputed or returned you accept full responsibility for the balance due, plus any fees that are accrued.
